Company Profile

Immigration Placement Services Ltd was founded in 2002 in response to the skills shortage in New Zealand. It was our aim to meet the needs of employers and migrants with win-win outcomes. We are a New Zealand registered company with an office in the Philippines and have agents in several countries around the world to assist migrants in finding work in New Zealand.

IPS specialises in securing employment for migrants. Over recent years we have placed over a thousand migrants into jobs with New Zealand employers.  Immigration New Zealand continues to make changes to immigration policies, and from the beginning of 2006 required most migrants to obtain a job offer to gain sufficient points for residency application. Since these changes were introduced, the demand for our services has become intense. Every day we receive many enquiries from skilled would-be migrants all over the world.

To date we have assisted many NZ employers and successfully placed hundreds of migrants from Korea, China, Japan, Russia, Germany, the UK, India, Singapore, Sri Lanka, Austria, South Africa, Philippines and other countries.

IMMIGRATION ADVICE

Over recent years Immigration NZ has introduced new regulations requiring only Licensed Immigration Agents (LIA) to provide immigration advice. IPS works with several Licensed Immigration Advisors to handle visa applications once applicants have a job offer.  Migrants may also lodge their own visa applications, and obtain information from the Immigration NZ website. IPS are job placement consultants for migrants, and refer to our LIAs for “immigration advice”.
